I am taking Glucosomine & Chondroitin, as recommended by my doctor. I've heard Rose Hip is excellent for arthritis (although it take about a month to see in). Is it safe to filch Rose Hip as well as Glucosomine & Chondroitin? Can I filch Rose Hip as economically as Glucosomine & Chondroitin?
Yes, they can without risk be taken together.
Rose hip isn't particularly ably known for arthrits, but may lend a hand due to the vitamin C content - high dosages of vitamin C can relieve with in no doubt types of arthritis, particularly if within are high level of inflammation.
Other herbal medicines can be more potent - the best way is to aim advice from an experienced herbalist, but the following may be effective:
Harpagophytum (Devil's Claw), Salix alba (Willow - contains natural salicylate - aspirin) or Ginger.
There are numerous others also. Good luck, and hope you find the nouns you need.
Yes, obviously. This is like asking if it is secure to eat tomatoes and spinach together.
Yes, they are undamaging when taken together, but I have never hear of rose hip for arthritis pain.
